H is the key! ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS HERE!

Installation: The H-element is a small wrench that you poke a small hole in the handle to remove it and install the plate. The instructions are worse than IKEA. Except for all the early customer reviews. You're obviously bullshit. Agree The grip is great. The handle looks nice. But I had to listen to make up for the lack of information in the instructions, and miraculously none of the early customer reviews had this issue. Maybe they're all doorknob installers and I'm just stupid.
