It was so thick I had to squeeze it with both hands to make it work and then it doesn't stick to anything, it doesn't stick when you apply it and you, probably applied it's closed anyway thick. because it is impossible to hold it at the right angle and with the right pressure and to press it as hard as possible. "Oh, but it's like a cross between thermal pads and compound" is true, but that doesn't mean it's good. He has all the flaws that others don't have. After all, the thermal pad is thin and even, though it might not be sticky. The paste spreads like it's supposed to and stays where you put it, and it's easy to thin if needed. And it doesn't pull the damn CPU out of its socket when you try to remove it. This stuff doesn't stick to anything, but if you put a block on top of it, it turns into Gorilla Glue. It's almost like the opposite of everything you need. It took a whole bottle to get anything usable, and even now the temp jumps up and down at idle, so I'm pretty sure it's still useless. It's not worth how many degrees lower it could possibly be. A thermal pad that you have to wring out and perfect yourself seems like a pretty stupid idea in hindsight. But maybe it was a bad batch.
