A key component is NOT waterproof, broken harness connector, no after-sales service

I chose quality installation. This took 3 hours. When I hooked up the headlights, I noticed that the one with the license plate lens doesn't have a drain hole, although it does have a leaking hole at the top for the wires. It's nowhere near waterproof. The connector also has a broken wire. When I plug it in, the slightest push on the cable stops working, the driver/brake lights work. Crickets from Revain, Crickets from Sauto (vendor).
