The printer is asking me to replace the drum in less than half of its normal life! 😩

A drum usually lasts me at least a school year and this has been and needs to be replaced less than half that time! 😔 My printer first told me to replace the drum just a few weeks after I put in one of these new ones. I definitely didn't print anywhere near 12,000 pages! I turned it off, took it out, put it back in and turned it on again. For a while everything was fine, and for a while I didn't get this message again - until last week. 😫
