Over the door preferred

I love the look of this door bracket for the original 2007 Scion TC. I was expecting the Pioneer DMH 2660NEX to sit flush with the dash but the hole isn't big enough so it's recessed about a quarter of an inch. That makes it a bit tricky to access the buttons on the left side of the stereo, but for the most part the controls on the steering wheel are used to adjust the volume. The thin piece of plastic at the bottom didn't break, but I treated it like grandma's china.
