Not sure how this gets such good reviews. He shoots the mist barely a foot in the air and the entire area around him becomes saturated. We used towels to protect the floor from getting wet but it got wet under the towels too. All this on low settings. I can't imagine it high. We can't use this in our kids rooms as the floors are hardwood. Soaked wood is an expensive problem. The return window is closed but I am still contacting the company. Would you rather pick up this car or handle our hardwood repairs? I don't understand how anyone can use this for even an hour without damaging the environment.
