This is my first AMD build. I originally bought 2x4gb 16cas G-Skil which were not on the QVL list for my B450 Asus Tuf Gaming II Plus motherboard. Paired with Ryzen 2600 and RX 570 4GB processor. Most of my games ran fine but stuttered at times. GTA 5 had frame jitter and Division 2 was so bad with a lot of action that it was unplayable. I tried to fix all the issues in Windows 10 that I thought might cause problems. Updates, trying different graphics card drivers, etc. Saw a post on Reddit where someone mentioned that Ryzen processors work best with at least 16GB of RAM and the optimal speed was set to 2666MHz in the BIOS. After I installed these 2x8GB Cas14 sticks and set it to 2666MHz in the bios, all my stuttering problems stopped completely. I now have consistent 1080p performance in all my games. Very happy with this Ram. I have always purchased G-Skill memory for all my builds and will continue to do so.
