Prevents children from drawing on more important paper
I have two toddlers who spend about half their waking hours drawing on paper and the other half painting . on the walls. Those notebooks were a big help, at least in the first part of the equation. Each child gets a book, they can distinguish it by its color, and they don't get another book until it's full. Yes, we review two books a week, but that's better than them coloring my checkbook. again.
