I thought (C------e) was good stuff, since is a more expensive brand at the big box store. NEVER AGAIN. All the dishwasher woes are gone. No more re-washing. It gets plastics cleaner than I've ever seen them come out of the dishwasher. I was so impressed I gifted this product to family members, and they are equally thrilled with the Finish Quantum. Even the "old" dishwasher (we have a traditional Maytag and also a Dish Drawer) cleans like a fiend now. I thought it was the equipment. Now I know it was the Dishwasher Detergent all these years. Our water is softened before it gets to the dishwashers, it wasn't the water. The only downside seems to be a chemical-ish smell when you open the container. It dissipates, not too bad thereafter. When you get the package, pour them out to check for any that may have leaked in transit. No disasters with that, but there were a couple packets that looked like they could have come in contact with a bit of moisture at some point. Never found a leaking packet per se, however. Perhaps there was a micro-puncture in one of them at some point.
