Factories; even without proper guidance.

Includes instructions for 2000 and earlier seats. But if you pay attention to how your seats are disassembled, you can understand. Or find and watch some YouTube videos on repairing these seats. The annoying knocking/rattling of these seats has been completely removed. only lasted a few hours but it's better than buying new tracks. I don't know why 8 plastic discs are so expensive but this solved the problem.
