Fixed my seat shifting issue, but the price seemed a bit high since the shims are mostly plastic. You'll also need to shave them a bit to get them to fit properly. Got 5 stars because it solved my problem. Used on 99 GMC Sierra.

This is the perfect replacement for the factory pads that usually fall apart in the C5 Corvette seat assembly. It's a job and a half, so make sure you have enough. Time and patience to get it right. This will solve the back and forth rocking problem that can occur in the seat track. Please note that this kit is not for you if your frame is broken.

Includes instructions for 2000 and earlier seats. But if you pay attention to how your seats are disassembled, you can understand. Or find and watch some YouTube videos on repairing these seats. The annoying knocking/rattling of these seats has been completely removed. only lasted a few hours but it's better than buying new tracks. I don't know why 8 plastic discs are so expensive but this solved the problem.

Good GM seat repair kit. Mine in particular: a 2000 Chevy Express 3500 15-passenger van. Suitable for both driver and passenger, the kit is expected to take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on your hands-on ability, tools available etc. If you don't have lube, grab a tube of lube. for use on the rotor and worm drive. Do a video search on Youtube to find some installation tips and tricks. Cons: A bit pricey for nylon bushings and I'm not sure what the heck the spare bolts are for.

I have a 2002 Dakota Quad Cab 4x4 with a six-position power driver's seat and a terrible "rocking" problem.
