Good repair kit best for gearbox and transmission
Good GM seat repair kit. Mine in particular: a 2000 Chevy Express 3500 15-passenger van. Suitable for both driver and passenger, the kit is expected to take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on your hands-on ability, tools available etc. If you don't have lube, grab a tube of lube. for use on the rotor and worm drive. Do a video search on Youtube to find some installation tips and tricks. Cons: A bit pricey for nylon bushings and I'm not sure what the heck the spare bolts are for.
