This worked great for my 2000 Silverado 1500 Now my seats don't wobble while driving! Not as easy as I thought (2.5 hours each place). At this point, all the cleaning you need is included. The instructions show how to create one track, but filming the other track is different and a bit like solving a puzzle. It's doable once you get the trick. I've seen a lot of people say you have to grind the gaskets to get them to fit. Wrong - if you apply enough lithium grease to all parts before assembly, it will fit perfectly. I recommend taking the extra time while you're there to brush clean/re-grease all moving hinges and gears. My seat motors don't sound like they're dying anymore because they're much easier to move now. Very happy. And be prepared for anything you may find under your seat. I also now realize how bad my front suspension is as the seats absorbed some of the shock when they were free to move.
