The ability to create custom workflows that are easily updated and used by multiple users. I wish there was more robust reporting features so we could see what questions were answered most frequently. Also, it would be nice if you could save your workflows as templates so you did not have to recreate them each time you needed to use them. We are using Traitly to answer customer questions in our Support team. This allows us to quickly find answers to complex questions without having to look through documentation or wait for someone else to return from vacation.
