This duvet cover feels just like the knitted sheets that Walmart sells for about $20. These sheets aren't terrible, they're on my bed right now, but they're definitely not very soft. If you've ever felt Walmart's jersey bedding, you know exactly what this duvet cover looks like. I'm looking for a cheaper Calvin Klein duvet cover, this is the softest thing I've ever felt in my life! This duvet cover is definitely NOT a replacement. Not even close. Didn't even put it on my bed, just opened the packaging, felt it, found it wasn't soft like other reviews here have claimed, and immediately put it back in the box and sent it back. So I can't comment on its durability or hot/cold quality, only its softness or lack thereof.
