These markers are really nice and last a long time. The tips are reversible with a pointed tip or a chiesel tip that can be removed and flipped around. Each box comes with 20 fancy labels that are perfect for jars or anything else that gets changed out do needs a easily eraseable lable. Also included are 2 extra marker tips, plastic tweezers for tip removal, and a soft cloth for wiping off the chalk when changing it or if you made a mistake.The first time you use each marker it takes a few minutes for the tips to fill with the liquid chalk before you can draw with them, but after that they are beautiful and vibrant.** FYI: The order of 36 markers is 3 of the boxes of 12, so it's still only 12 colors not 36 colors. **
