I'm African American and looking for a facial moisturizer. I figured since Neutrogena is a popular brand around the world this would be a good buy. The moisturizer made my face itchy and then I got bumps on my face that weren't there before I applied the moisturizer. This is happening as I write this. I am now sitting here with Noxzema on my face to deep clean my skin but my skin is still itchy on my chin and cheeks. Warning! Do not use! It is definitely NOT suitable for all skin types. I would give zero stars but that's not an option.
