WOW, works GREAT as i hoped it would. My granddaughter loves balloons. So I bought a bunch of 12" and 36" balls. If you've ever tried blowing up balloons and then tying them up. You know how annoying that can be. I bought a reducer nozzle to use in my industrial vacuum cleaner. this can cause them to explode very quickly. You can also use regular hose and funnel. It takes a little practice to get it right without breaking them. Then I bought a Tach-It E7R Steel Tape Sealer. Hoping this makes binding easier. This works great, just twist and squeeze the end of the balloon and you're done. I have tried some of the balloon mounts available and they are difficult to use and not that good. If you have a lot of balloons to inflate, this is the easiest and cheapest way in the long run. The negative I can think of is that it doesn't come with a strap as shown in the picture. You have to buy Revain separately from another supplier and it takes a little longer to ship.
