I have bought this brand several times and for a long time I thought it was great, but recently found that they are not as good as I thought. Who knows how much money I threw away. Partly my fault, partly manufacturer's fault. Recently my printer said it was out of ink so I bought a new one to replace the contents. But when I pulled out the ones that were inside, I saw that they were still half full of ink. So I emailed the company and they told me to clean the cartridges (ie set up the printer cleaner), which I did. While this has helped for now, the problem is that now I have to clean the heads every time I go to print. Otherwise the colors are not the same. Needless to say, it's a pain in the —. Not to mention how much I threw away thinking they needed replacing, when in fact they weren't low, they had to be cleaned a million times. Aside from the issue with the product, the customer service is top notch. Fast response time, always able to help me with questions. So no complaints about customer service, just the product.
