These are surprisingly good replacements for HP cartridges which are very expensive. Sometimes HP printers reject other brand printers, but mine doesn't, and I'm thrilled. The print quality is as good as "genuine HP inks" and costs significantly less money. That's enough for me. Highly recommended.

Well since HP doesn't have the cartridge I need I had to buy a generic brand. The first cartridge barely fit in the printer. It's tight, but I finally managed to get it to "click" hoping I didn't just break my printer. Second, the colors are definitely not as bright and rich as HP inks. They advertise HP printer compatibility but are not. I have an HP 6975 that rejects them as incompatible. I also had a leak in my pants trying to install it. CAREFULLY!

I liked the price of this product and that it has all the colors of ink. I don't like having to clean the printheads after a while to keep the blue cartridge working properly. I've never had that with HP cartridges. I will think twice before buying cartridges from other manufacturers again.

It's always a little risky buying cartridges from third party suppliers. But NOT SO with Smart Ink. These cartridges could be installed immediately and were easily recognized by the printer (Office Jet Pro 6978). The print quality is excellent and the price is significantly better than the manufacturer's cartridges.
