I have read several reviews where others have received their product and the pink substance was either lumpy or almost solid and they have offered to buy it directly from the manufacturer to buy. I chose to ignore these reviews and hoped they were just a few unfortunate ones. Unfortunately, my package was similar. I opened them up to make a mold tonight and the pink was almost solid (it actually broke the craft stick I was stirring it with). I buy direct from them but at least I am guaranteed a 'fresh' product.
