Purchasing cords seems difficult because they are not visible in the photo. Soooo, even if they look fat, sometimes they're not. This cable I received (blue) I would say good for the money. It charges great, don't get me wrong, but you have to be really careful when unplugging it because the little black piece that prevents the cord from being pulled out of the plug isn't very strong. The power plug is difficult to pull out as it has no grooves or gripping surface. I broke my nail when my fingers slipped off trying to pull it out without pulling on the cord.
