Did not last. - my new review

Our puppy seemed to like it at first but then he moved on to other toys. He started playing with it this week and took a large chunk out of it. There was no way to contact the seller directly (not an option in orders as usual) so I am doing here. Wondering about the lifetime replacement. Also tried to add a photo but did not work.
