The ability to search across multiple databases in one system is great! We use it as an inventory management tool, but it also has other functions that we have used such as RFIs/RFPs (where you can upload files), POs (same thing). It's not easy to navigate sometimes when searching through all of your data sources at once. I wish there was more customization options or ways to filter results by different criteria. If you are looking for something like QuickBooks Online with better reporting capabilities than QB, look into this software instead. As mentioned above, our main purpose is Inventory Management - however they do offer some nice features around PO creation which helps us keep track of those easier.
