I like that they are very open about their process for developing algorithms as well how often those models get updated/refined over time! They also have robust reporting capabilities so you can drill into your data in ways not possible with other vendors (ease-of-use). Their pricing is more expensive than competitors but there's no way around this when it comes down to things such as machine learning or advanced modeling features - which we need because our business needs change frequently enough where these types of tools help us respond quickly while staying competitive within budget constraints vs traditional BI solutions. We use insight suite daily across all functions including finance & accounting, supply chain management, marketing automation etc..
