I like that they are very open about their process for developing algorithms as well how often those models get updated/refined over time! They also have robust reporting capabilities so you can drill into your data in ways not possible with other vendors (ease-of-use). Their pricing is more expensive than competitors but there's no way around this when it comes down to things such as machine learning or advanced modeling features - which we need because our business needs change frequently…

Easy interface for multiple users in different countries/locations with ability see reports from all groups at once; easy reporting structure allows you get your job done quickly without having too many options or confusing choices! I wish there was more flexibility when it came time do some customizations but overall very happy so far!! Would love if we could add additional fields (such as SKU) into our groupings which would make searching easier especially during peak times like Black Friday…
