Review on ASUS VE247H Gaming Monitor 1920X1080 Backlit 23.6-inch, 76Hz, by David Schooler

As always, Revain was keen to ship this monitor right to my door. This is a great monitor, I was originally going to buy a 27 inch BenQ but stumbled upon this one by accident. Even though it's only a 24 inch, I couldn't have beat the price. Pros - The display is very bright, I had to turn the brightness down. Even in a room with lots of natural light. Matte screen surface to reduce glare. Large tilt range. Multiple video inputs - DVI, D-SUB, HDMI, audio in (plus audio out). Comes with DVI, D subwoofer, audio and power cord (no HDMI) speakers included! Cons – No height adjustment, only tilt. The glossy surface will show any stains. The quality of the speaker is not very good, but it is enough for light music or video - not for gaming. I would buy it again. If I can persuade my wife I'll probably buy another one as a second monitor for my computer.
