They make little difference but are difficult to apply and I didn't feel like they were "invisible". I also found that while they weren't entirely uncomfortable, I kept conscious of the feeling that they were there and eventually took them off after a few hours. Due to the hassle involved and the slight difference, I don't feel like they're worth fiddling with and won't be ordering them again. Spring.
