This is a neat fryer with a rack. The 11 x 14 inch size works well for turkeys up to 12 pounds. If you have a larger turkey, you will need a roaster up to 16" or 18". The 14 inch size is also great for frying. a pair of Cornish hens with plenty of room for some root crops. I really like that the coating is PFOA free and hopefully the coating will hold up over time. Over the years I've had a few Teflon coated items that haven't held up well, but if I notice anything unusual about it I'll go back and update it. At this point, it looks like a quality frying pan.
