It took me a long time to set the scheduled feeding time, the instructions are almost illegible. You have to make the numbers appear in the box after setting the time (see before and after pictures. Still not sure why the number 3 appears in all four boxes). The manual knob works, but only makes one turn of the barrel, as opposed to the automatic adjustment, which makes 3 turns. The amount of feed that comes out with the pellets also varies greatly between keg revolutions. I put in new batteries (twice) but the battery indicator says they only have half the battery life in both sets when brand new, correct. Amazon batteries out of the box. See image.
