I like that they are very professional and always do what they say they will do. They are great at solving problems and finding creative solutions to get my ideas across. Their prices are reasonable and their work is excellent. Sometimes it takes them a little longer than expected but most projects take about a month. If you need a good designer who listens to your needs this is the place. They have helped me with redesigning a website, logo designs, business cards, brochures, flyers, etc. I liked that we could easily communicate with them via email (which they also used to send us sample designs) if there were any issues or questions along the way. The logo development took longer than expected due to some technical difficulties but it seemed like communication between all parties was going well. We didn't receive our final product until after payment had been received - this made me feel uncomfortable about how secure their process was for sending out finalized content.
