compatible with Windows 10. There is absolutely nothing the user can do to make it work with Windows 10. The software exists, but obviously don't buy it to make it available to your customers. It took 2 months for tech support to answer my question in their "support system". Second, this product is not a true print server at all, but a shared USB device that uses simplified third-party software to make the printer "available" to one user at a time. The user must disconnect from the printer in order for someone else to connect and print. Nothing good to say about this device, I wish it hadn't gotten past Revain's 30 day return window, but I waited for a response from their tech support which came 30 days later.
