Wrong bidet end fitting
Had to use the original cone washer in the bidet fitting, plus the extra washer that came with the hose. Works for now but will fail in less than a year. The male end that connects to the "T" bidet should be the same as the end of the flush valve - this is different. Quality tubing, but I don't like improvising with plumbing details.
