Review on Information Builders WebFOCUS by Sean Ceo

I like that this is web-based software which makes it user friendly for my small business clients! Most of our customers are nontechnical so we need easy access from anywhere with internet service - especially when they're having issues or questions about their site's performance (like "why isn't anything loading"!). We have found support very responsive through email & phone calls as well via chat services online if needed at times too!! Sometimes there will be some lag time between updates but all good things come around eventually :) It has been great working together since day one. Nothing yet really because everything works GREAT. ! Not much room space left now either though considering how many sites were hosted previously before moving over here :( Definitely recommend using IBM SiteCatalyst products such as Hosted Analytics /Web Intelligence Reports etc..
