Our company has been using HC1 for about 1 year now, and it is very user friendly and easy to navigate for all levels from entry level users (nurses) to midlevel managers, even to a senior management level. There are many modules that can be used. It really is a one stop shop! I would highly recommend this product to any large organization looking for a robust system with capabilities to meet their needs in terms of functionality, ease of use, customization options, etc. We have found that the time saved by being able to communicate easily in order to ensure our goals are met has been invaluable. With HC1 we have made sure that our workflows and communication lines are clear and that everyone involved understands how each other fits into the process. It is very easy to use, it has all the features that you need for your organization. The customer support team is also amazing! I wish there was an option to add more fields in the form so we can have additional information about our patients. We are solving all issues related to patient care management with this software.
