Yes, these Phinlion 3157 LEDs will work on a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 Dual. There are SuperBright (lumens accurate, approx. 1800 lumens per bulb, 3157 x 2 bulbs = 3600 lumens, no BS) reverse lights that fit directly into the 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 Dual OEM taillight housing (bottom outlet). PLUG & PLAY, no BS, no extra canbus, no extra resistors, no extras, straight out of the box, plug and play. I only installed them this month so can't comment on durability. I would lie to you but I will answer if anything goes wrong. I also leave you this information: All these Phinlion brand LED lights work, 194 (round top) LEDs are brighter, but both 194 and 2835 work = (red skylight / marker on back of rear fender / triple bottom tailgate light) ( amber - cab lights / roof position lights / position lights on front of rear fenders), 912, 922, 212-2 = (red - third cab brake light) (clear bright daylight - white cab light / reverse lamp / backup light), 3157 = (red tail / Run/Turn Signal)(amber-forward/run/turn signal)(clear bright day white light-rear/rear light), 3030/39mm/41mm/42mm/12-SMD=(all interior lights/front/middle/rear/dome / Map / Cortes lights), H8 = (fog lights). I couldn't find the Phinlion H13/9008 brand LED headlight, otherwise I would have bought that too. Bless you all!
