Purchased for 2014 F-350. It was a bit tricky at first to figure out exactly how the bolts went and the top bolts are a little short so you have to use both an Allen key and a wrench to tighten them. But once exposed to light, the mount caught fire easily and became super bright! I hooked it up to one of the pre-installed aux switches by placing the power and ground wire near the driver's side headlight and connected to the wires under the truck, then grounded the wire under the hood and routed the power wire through the have firewall direct to the aux 4 switch wire under the driver's dash. The entire installation took about an hour. I chose to run the power cable straight through the firewall because I already had other cables, but you can also connect it to dumb cables that already go through the firewall. Unlike other reviewers, I wouldn't say it doesn't. I'm not going to change the use of headlights on a truck, but on some dark back roads it makes a big difference.
