A Pain Reliever for my opinion
Whenever I exercise, I have to pad and wrap my toes in order to alleviate the pain of my bone spurs rubbing together. With the gel toe caps, I experience no pain. In fact, I do not have to wear the big toe cap and small toe cap together. I can wear one or the other and be pain free. The best part is that the toe caps fit my long toes.

- The big toe is still pretty tight. could be a bit bigger. Other then that all good.
- Too long and bunches up in my shoes.
