A Pain Reliever for my opinion

Whenever I exercise, I have to pad and wrap my toes in order to alleviate the pain of my bone spurs rubbing together. With the gel toe caps, I experience no pain. In fact, I do not have to wear the big toe cap and small toe cap together. I can wear one or the other and be pain free. The best part is that the toe caps fit my long toes.

The big toe is still pretty tight. could be a bit bigger. Other then that all good.

Cons

Too long and bunches up in my shoes.
