Received this for elderly parents hoping the grandkids could send photos from various locations across the US. Setup was a bit frustrating and instructions were incomplete. Honestly, this seems like the best way to share framed photos. Adding users to the frame is difficult and frustrating - it's not a simple click-and-go process. Sending photos directly via email does not work. :(After a lot of frustration and fiddling, we want to see if this does what we're hoping and make it easy for grandparents to see new photos. There's no way to "control" photos attached to the frame via the App - Everything is controlled directly from the frame. A little more $, I wonder if another frame would be better and more user-friendly. This was our first - most likely we will not order this brand again and recommend it to others. Maybe there is better frames. Overall we like the idea and concept, only I'm not happy with the product features and the lack of customer support. Customer support is non-existent.
