I like how it is so easy to use once you have set everything up correctly (it was very difficult at first but after some trial & error there are many things that can be done!). It also has great features such as being able scan an entire document in seconds instead of having someone type out each line individually which saves time! Nothing really - other than making sure your documents match what their templates say they should if using them properly will allow us ease when sending our reports back or getting paid invoices from vendors/customers etcetc.
