I bought three pressure gauges to install on a water filtration system. One failed after about a month. The failure was due to the needle "sticking" rather than smooth movement during operation. I emailed the company directly who said I would have to go through Revain for a return/refund/warranty. I don't know what that says about the company, but I suspect they don't want to deal directly with customers. It's easy to install anyway, accuracy is about +/- 5% of what I can measure. The two working screws are smooth-running and easy to read. One part I'm not very happy with is the two screws on the back, which aren't stainless steel and aren't protected. So somehow water got into one of them and after a month of use the screws were rusty. I wasn't expecting the gauge to be waterproof, but neither was I expecting rust from a gauge that's also designed to measure water pressure.
