I expected exactly the same product. The mount is practically unusable. The hand shower flies out at least once per shower. The design seems sloppy (confusing). Or do I have the wrong mount? The included pads are too soft. The fittings must not be tightened enough to prevent movement of the water fitting during flow adjustment. I had plumbing.
