I've been looking for a sweat belt that also covers the upper back along with the entire front torso but not to cover my breasts. I ordered the Large as I wanted it to fit a little snug. Wore it under my tank top while doing yard work. I was totally amazed for several reasons. 1- it was not combersome, 2- I don't sweat not at all, but I definitely did with this. 3- I wanted something that didn't ride up and would support my low back due to the lifting bricks etc. . If you ladies really want a good product that truly works, this does. As a matter of fact, my who body was sweating even my heat lol. It's worth the money. I originally ordered the x-lg with it didn't fit like I wanted it to so I ordered the Large and it's perfect. If you like you clothes a little lose you can wear this all day. After all I'm 66, weigh 155-160, 5'5. The large was just right. I'll take photos next time and post them.
