Overall, I like the hand - quality, workmanship, strength, versatility. The tablet's grip feels solid, and each of the four buttons has small lugs to keep the tablet in place (hard to describe, but they do the job). Each of the connections has a toggle clamp that secures the connection and they all seem to be holding up well. Four heavier springs are included (nice touch) if the tablet is heavier, although I didn't need them on the 7 inch tablet. However, there is a downside: the arm post that fits into the clamp base doesn't fit securely. There is a screw that can be fixed so it doesn't turn, but I like the ability to turn it. However, if you leave the screw loose, the column will sway in all directions, causing the hand to shake. So. You can let it spin freely (and sway like crazy) or pinch it and lose the ability to spin. This connection with holes must be made with the best tolerances. One thing to note, there are several additional attachments (one for the switch and one for the 1/4" camera mount).
