Review on EPICA by Joseph Stone

I like how it's easy enought be used without an IT department or previous knowledge of predictive analytics tools! It also seems flexible if you want customizations in features which are not available outof box with other packages suchas SPSS Modeler support would have been great too but no complaints at all so far!! Good tool when there isn't much budget / time/ resourcesavailable otherwise its just going through hoops tryingto get things done via excel formulas & VBA coding - this has helped us identify potential product issues within customer accounts faster than we could do manually before using EPCA.
