I have a Lenovo A285 and this card worked fine. The laptop comes with Ryzen 5 Pro. It automatically installed drivers and other things but not the latest ones so I just downloaded them from Intel's website and everything works fine. It worked fine with automatically installed drivers, but I wanted to get rid of the Bluetooth lag. Note that there are separate drivers for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. I got this so I can get rid of some lag from bluetooth headphones. It didn't work for that. Perhaps the lag is being caused by the Google Pixel Buds (2020), not the computer. I had problems with my old card where the WiFi signal was missing and the connection was poor. This card works so much better that even though it doesn't help with the bluetooth connection I'll keep it to myself.
