It works! But it's a cassette player. So hiss. Good?
This thing works just like the old shoebox tape recorder that I used to record stuff from radio and TV to VCR because I'm so old. I wanted to get my girlfriend an old school mixtape for Valentine's Day and this thing worked. As far as I can tell, the USB input doesn't do anything, but the standard male-to-father audio input allowed me to mix straight from my phone. Is it great sound? no Not even close. But if you're going for analog then you're obviously not a fan of crystal clear sound quality. So, hey, it works and Valentine's Day is saved! Ay hiss!
