I got it but no matter how I tried the results were poor. First I tried a window cleaning solution but it didn't work very well; There were still stains on the window. I swapped out the microfiber hood for the second one in the kit and tried the windows again (yes, they were pre-dried) with no window cleaning solution. After several attempts, I was able to remove some of the stripes, but not in one session (or in multiple applications on the same spot of the window). I had to press hard, which doesn't work at all with a "pivoting" head, also to try and get rid of the streaks. Also, the "pivoting" head doesn't stay in place well enough. while cleaning the window. Overall I was very disappointed with this one.
