Good bands and good resistance

I love his little band and I use it while watching the Walk at home work out which I know many may think is not intense but as you keep going up will get more challenging as you keep going. These bands are part of her work out and I purchased them so I could work out with them as I have to be home to work out .I loved them and the resistance.

Pros

Sturdy and easily packed to take on trips. Good workout.

Cons

The product may not provide enough resistance for users to maintain muscle mass
