Poor quality: pocket and folding door hardware

Item arrived broken (not damaged) but broken. The inner cotter pin was sheared off when the assembler bent it around the knob at the factory. So I had to get another cotter pin and fix it myself instead of sending it back (due to time constraints). After installing a new cotter pin and straightening the L-shaped latch of the lock (another defect) it seems to work fine. Of course, an ordinary person could not do this, so he would have to send it back. It looks good on the outside but the quality inside is terrible so unlikely to last long. I guess you get what you pay for?
